How to adjust the speed of a video

If you find the speed of a video to be too fast or too slow, follow the following steps to decrease or increase the playback speed.

  1. In the area with the playback controls, click the Settings icon. A small menu for Speed and Quality will appear.
  2. Click the Speed menu item. A new submenu will appear with the playback speed selectors. Choose a value smaller than 1.0 to decrease the speed – make the video play slower – and a value higher than 1.0 to increase speed – make the video play faster.
